All Festive Season Design Services are supplied as finished digital image files. Each individual service includes one design, wording based on the information supplied and two revision rounds. The Festive Essentials Bundle includes three selected designs and two revision rounds per design. Additional sizes, versions, adaptations or requirements may be quoted separately. Animation, video, clickable email templates, email setup, website updates, technical support, printing, installation, sending emails or posting to social media are not included unless separately quoted and agreed. Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from receipt of payment and all required information and brand assets.
