Whether you need social media management, social media marketing, website design, graphics design or domain registrations and web hosting, JenileePR can provide one complete service that is targeted, cost effective and delivers great results.
At JenileePR, we work as a boutique digital agency, which means every project is planned, scheduled and handled with focused attention.
To keep the process clear and organised for everyone, we follow a simple working structure for communication, briefs, feedback, approvals and timelines. This helps us manage each project properly, protect the quality of the work and make sure important details are not missed along the way.
Our goal is to make working together professional, respectful and easy to follow from the first enquiry to final delivery.
JenileePR (Pty) Ltd values clear, effective communication and is available to assist clients during the following office hours:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 16:00
Friday: 09:00 to 15:00
Please note that JenileePR (Pty) Ltd is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Emails, requests and messages received outside of office hours will be reviewed during the next working day.
Email is our official communication channel for all work-related requests.
Please use email for:
This allows us to keep everything in one place and make sure no important details are missed.
We understand that some situations need urgent attention. For this reason, WhatsApp is reserved for genuine emergencies that may affect your website, email access or business operations.
For all briefs, changes, feedback, approvals, content updates and general project communication, please email us so everything can be tracked clearly.
A clear brief helps us complete your work faster and more accurately.
When sending a brief, please include all relevant information in one email or document where possible. This may include wording, images, links, dates, login details, examples, brand guidelines or any specific instructions.
For social media content, please send all information, updates and special dates in advance so that content can be planned properly.
For website projects, timelines depend on receiving all required content, images, documents, login details and approvals.
All work is scheduled into our production queue.
Once your brief, content and payment have been received, your project will be allocated into the next available space. Payment confirms your project, but it does not move a project ahead of work that has already been scheduled.
This allows us to manage all client work fairly and maintain quality across every project.
Project timelines depend on the type of work, the amount of content required, current studio capacity and how quickly feedback or approvals are received.
We will always do our best to provide a realistic estimated timeframe. Please note that timelines may shift if content is delayed, feedback is unclear, additional changes are requested or the project scope increases.
For this reason, completion dates are confirmed once the full brief has been reviewed and the work has been scheduled.
Feedback works best when it is clear, consolidated and sent in one email or document.
Unless stated otherwise, projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional changes, new requests or work outside the original brief may be quoted separately.
Once work is sent for review, please check all content carefully before approval.
This includes spelling, contact details, dates, pricing, links, images, product details and any industry-specific information.
Once final approval or sign-off has been given, any further changes may be treated as a new request and scheduled accordingly.
Monthly clients are managed according to an agreed schedule and scope of work.
To keep content planning and delivery running smoothly, all monthly updates, content, dates, promotions and important information should be sent in advance.
Late information may affect whether content can be included in the current cycle. Urgent requests will be accommodated where possible, depending on capacity.
Rush work may be available depending on current capacity.
A rush request is any work that needs to be prioritised ahead of the existing schedule or completed within a shortened timeframe.
Rush work is not always possible and may include an additional rush fee. Availability will be confirmed once the request has been reviewed.
Website projects require a clear process to stay on track.
Before website work can begin, we need the required content, images, page information, login details, legal documents where applicable and any brand assets needed for the project.
Website timelines may be affected by delayed content, additional pages, layout changes, third-party tools, plugin issues, hosting access or client feedback.
Once a website is ready for review, feedback must be sent in one clear email or document so that changes can be completed efficiently.
Domain registration and hosting support are handled during office hours.
Please note that domain transfers, DNS changes, email setup and hosting updates may depend on third-party providers. While we will assist where possible, some changes may take time to reflect or require information from the client or external service providers.
Our process is designed to keep projects clear, organised and professional.
When briefs, feedback and approvals are sent through the correct channels, it helps us work more efficiently and deliver a better result.
We value respectful, collaborative working relationships and aim to make the process as smooth as possible for every client.
